This was such a great sweat. I like doing different movements that Iβve never done before. Changed the time to 45 seconds 15 off, did 4 rounds. Then last round I did 30 on 10 off. So 5 rounds total!

Holy shit!!!! 87 degrees at 9:00am!!!!! Iβm drenched!!!! That was a great workout!!!!! I LOVED this one! My neighbor came outside and said βyouβre in great shape!!!!β Made my day!!!!! Have a great one!!!!!
