For this workout you will need a set of dumbbells (mine are 10 lbs) a heavier dumbbell (mine is 15 lbs) and a long resistance band.

My knees kind of felt it when I started with the reverse lunge shoulder press exercise. But after modifying it a little, I was able to complete it. Feeling strong!!!
