Think fit

- Chin and chest up 
- Focus on pulling through your elbows and not allowing your arms to overpower

Assisted pull-ups

- Lean forward from the hip, keeping your back straight
- With your arms straight, pull the rope down to your thighs
- Pause at the bottom of the motion, squeezing your lats
- Return to the starting position without allowing the weight to fully rest on the stack

Rope straight-arm pulldown

- Hold the dumbbells in front of you with your palms facing you
- Press up and rotate your wrist until your palm is facing the opposite direction
- Lower with a slow and controlled movement

Dumbbell seated Arnold press

- Grasp the handles and maintain a neutral wrist position with your wrists in line with your forearms
- Push the handles outward to full extension but without locking out the elbow
- Pause briefly at full extension then return to starting position

Machine flat chest press

- On a flat bench with your arms extended and palms facing each other
- Lower dumbbells to your sides opening your chest
- Bring dumbbells back together squeezing your chest

Dumbbell chest fly (flat)

- Begin with bar underhand grip in your hands
- Curl bar up towards your shoulders
- Lower down until arms are extended

Cable bicep curls

- Stand tall, abs engaged and upper arms locked at your sides
- Press the bar down until your elbows are straight
- Bend the elbows to return to the starting position

Superset cable straight bar tricep pushdown
