Light DB’s bear crawl forward 5-10 yards before bear crawling back to starting position. Focus on a flat back and keeping the shins parallel to the floor.

DB Bear Crawl

- Start kneeling with wheel in front of you, directly under shoulders
- Engage your core and roll wheel forward 
- Keep your back straight throughout movement
- Roll wheel back in towards your knees

Ab Wheel Rollouts

- Start by hanging on the bar, and focus on activating your core 
- Curl your legs up until your feet touch the bar
- Lower your legs with control

Toes To Bar

- Lying on the floor with legs extended, arms extended overhead 
- Explosively sit up as you tuck your knees in, hugging your shins
- Extend back out to starting position with control

Shin Huggers

- Start in a high plank position with your hands on the top of a med ball
- Activate your core to keep your upper body and lower body formed in a straight line
- Bring your right knee under your body toward your chest before lowering your right foot back to its placement on the floor
- Repeat this movement with your left knee
- Keeping pressure through the hands, bend the elbows to lower the chest, hips, and head toward the ground, together as one
- Get as close to the floor as possible (nose, chest and belly button should be at the same level/height)
- Engage the pectorals and push yourself back up to starting position (imagine you're pushing the ground away from you)
**Entire sequence equals 1 rep**

Med Ball Mt. Climber Pushup

- Jump rope with the rope passing under your feet once each jump
