Excellent Sunday Adv MetCon. 3rd “redo” WO. Gotta love those Thrusters & burpees 💪. 41:14 to complete with 30#x2 for everything except OH split squats went w/ sgl 40#

Loved this WO! This was a redo for me. This time I was able to shave off 1 min from my previous recorded time. DB selection: 30#s for everything except OH split squats (40#). #progress 💪
