51:28 to complete. Went a bit heavier than usual with weights. 45#s floor press, 25#s shoulder press, 70# goblet sq, 40# goblet lat lunges & 40#s bent rows.

Took about 37 minutes with 35LBs dumbbells for the floor press and 25LB dumbbells for the rows and lunges. Love these workouts I am 53 and in the best shape I have been in since I raced bikes years and years ago.
