Sunday Advanced Metcon: 10 rounds, starting with 10 reps and taking away a rep each time. 25# for the goblet squats/20’s for lunges (10 reps each leg). I started with 20’s for the renegade rows to push up and 15’s for the DB curls to press and got knocked down a peg or two on round 3. Ended with 15’s & 10’s. I can’t feel my shoulders 😂
