44:51 … spicy 🌶 to say the least 🥵. It took me a bit longer (~1min) than a couple of weeks ago, but it’s ok. I focused more this time on perfect form rather than speed.
DB selection: 30#s for skier and prone rows / 40# for lat lunges & curl press ext.
