Challenging! 37:20 Burpees: 3x20 Squats: 50# 3x20 Rows: 50# OH press: 40# 6x10 No shame and will continue to improve! Thanks Jeremy!!

That one was killer! Finished it in 23:46 and I am soaked. Substituted box jumps at the end for the shin huggers since I am in the middle of a core challenge and have a core focused workout tomorrow. Thanks for that awesome workout Jeremy glad you are on playbook!
