The slower I did these, the more it burned!! Love it

~Medicine Ball Tabletop Crunches: 10 reps, 3 sets
~Leg Raises Holding Kettlebell: 15 reps, 3 sets
~Trunk Rotations: 10 reps each, 3 sets

- Place a med ball on top of your shins, knees and hips bent to 90 degrees, arms extended overhead 
- Crunch up and grab the ball from the top of your legs
- Lower with control as you take the ball overhead
- Crunch up returning the ball to your legs 
- Lowering your upper body and arms to starting position

Med Ball Table Top Crunches

- Hold kettlebell with your arms extended straight up from the shoulders
- Raise your legs until your hips are bent to 90 degrees
- At the top raise your hips off the ground

Leg Raises Holding Kettlebell

- Lying on your back, arms extended by your sides
- Hips and knees are bent to 90 degrees
- Rotating through your core, lower your legs/knees to one side
- Raise your legs/knees to starting position
- Repeat to the opposite side

The plate was too heavy at  10lbs but 5lbs was a good start. Don't go too heavy it's still the first week. Keep grinding everyone 💪🏾

Holy Cow!!! U feel your V-lines tightening, I had to do the Rows last due to gym spacing but the burn is real. Only three exercises & you feel like you've been at it for an hour 💪🏾

V-ups are incredibly hard, body has a hard time lifting lower and upper at the same time. I will stay consistent and get stronger by the end of the program. Don't give up 💪🏾🐯

Plates was no 🤣 for some reason I have a slight cramp in right calve muscle...well I definitely feel abs constricted after entire set. Great workout no need to do anything extra today. Thanks Gracie 🙂

I will miss this program, I think I will run it back after trying something else. Definitely got my abs coming in and I have new found confidence in working on abs without machines. Thanks, Grace now it's time to choose another fire routine on Grace's playbook 👍
