~Single Dumbbell Sit Up: 15 reps, 3 sets
~Leg Raises Holding Dumbbell: 10 reps, 3 sets
~Weighted Russian Twist: 10 reps each, 3 sets

- Holding the dumbbell with your arm extended
- Bring your torso up, taking the weight overhead
- Lower with a slow controlled movement keeping your core engaged
- Complete desired reps then repeat on the opposite side

Single Dumbbell Sit-ups

- Hold dumbbell with your arms extended straight up from the shoulders
- Raise your legs until your hips are bent to 90 degrees
- At the top raise your hips off the ground

Leg Raises Holding Dumbbell

- Lean back to about 45 degrees and raise your legs slightly off the floor
- Rotate through your core, taking the dumbbell from side to side

Dumbbell Russian Twists
