Loved this. I love hamstring day..I had the energy to push today so deadlift 70kg for 3 and upped the leg press to 70kg too for 2x10! Love love love seeing these numbers go up!

Really good! Although I'm being let down by my grip strength - my legs can lift a lot more than my hands can!
