Done a little split reps on the dumbbell shoulder...push? 8kg for 6, then 10kg for 4. It was shaky but loved it and managed it. Love seeing the progress now on the weights I'm using 💪

Any tips on what I can do for cable fly please. We don't have that ability in my gym

Slight shoulder niggle so easy does it. Focused on the muscle connection.
