Amazing, loved this one. I’m only getting in 1 session a week at the mo but I’m also doing a lot of other things - circuits, sometimes HIIT, yoga, mental health running club (with children) and gym x

It would be great to be able to record the weight that I'm using for each exercise to track my progress. I also usually add in a bit of cardio at the end which helps me feel like I've really tired myself out

Love it! Have so much fun during this session. Quick question, I feel the exercise ball exercise a lot in my calves, is this normal or am I doing something a bit skew? 😂
