Hi Georgina, I've been following your app for a while now. Just wanted to share that I finally pushed myself to use the squat rack during my glutes workout today. Its something I've been putting off for a while but it really wasn't as intimidating as I thought it would be. I pushed trough (my Gym keps the air con at the minimum so I have to train with 27Β°π±)and I feel so much better nowπͺπΌππ
