Starting the new year with this fabulous program. It’s like a huge dose of self love. Not gonna lie, hard after a 2 weeks break but very satisfying and I feel amazing albeit a little sweaty. It’s perfection. Celebrate what your body can do and don’t try to shrink it 💪💪💪💪
