I want you guys to complete the first three for 3-4 rounds. Then go on to the next three for 3-4 rounds!

Walking lunge, make sure your hips stay square as you are walking forward. Your band should have tension throughout your entire pull apart

The lower your plank is the hard this will be. If you need it slightly easier raise your incline or take your plank to your knees. Keep your row slow and controlled

Step up and over bench

Place a target in front of you and reach! If you are unable to keep your core tight and engaged lower down to your knees for more stability

Single arm squat and Close Row

1. If jumping isn’t for you it’s okay. Skip the jump and just squat.
2. Press out at the top!

Upper Body Week 1

It was good, but I did it wrong at first. I 10 reps 10 times of the first two exercises before I realized I was supposed to do 10 then move on and then repeat. So since the first two exercises took me awhile to get through all 10 i went 20 minutes longer to at least get three sets of all of them in for all the others.
