Ok this workout can kiss my butt!!! (Jk, kinda but was a killer!)

Season

Loosen up those hips, push your range of motion keeping your weight on your heels and chest tall and forward

Air squat

Keep your legs straight but knees soft. Walk your hands out into a plank position and holiday for 1-3 seconds. Walk back up without bending your legs and slowly roll your spine up to standing position 1 vertebrae at a time.

Inchworm

You can complete this movement with bands, dumbbells, or even a barbell

Squat as your press and power through your legs.

Keep your core engaged!

Thruster

Curtsy Lunge w/ Lunge

•Sit up- full sit up rolling your spine up and reversing back down the same slow way.

•Lean back to engaged your core. Rotate your trunk entirely while allowing your head neck and shoulders to all follow.

Single arm Sit up + Russian Twist

Step up-Bicep Curl Shoulder press

It was good, but I did it wrong at first. I 10 reps 10 times of the first two exercises before I realized I was supposed to do 10 then move on and then repeat. So since the first two exercises took me awhile to get through all 10 i went 20 minutes longer to at least get three sets of all of them in for all the others.
