Find a band that you can pull apart and keep tension through your entire movement.

Band Pull Apart

This can be done in a full plank or on your knees

Focus on pushing your butt back and dropping your head through to feel a great stretch through your upper body.

Plank-Push up-Stretch—CD

At gym or at home!
Anchor your bands to the top of the door frame, kneel on the floor and complete the movement just the same.

Focus on holding your one elbow down and squeezing your lat as you move and pull the other side.

Static Hold Lat Pull down—CD

Shoulder Press with static hold front Raise- CD

Grab a band or a cable and anchor low.

Hold your lateral raise in line with your shoulder as you move your front raise.

Front raise w/ Static Hold Lateral raise—CD

Full sit up to shoulder press with tri extension

Gym: attach cable machine high and I prefer to use a rope rather than stationary handle

At home: Anchor bands high to the door.
*Hinge at your hips
*Chest slightly leaning forward
*As you pull down squeezing your back lift your chest slight to the sky

It was good, but I did it wrong at first. I 10 reps 10 times of the first two exercises before I realized I was supposed to do 10 then move on and then repeat. So since the first two exercises took me awhile to get through all 10 i went 20 minutes longer to at least get three sets of all of them in for all the others.
