Description: Leg Day Week 11

Season

Start with feet a little wider than hip-width. Drive hips back, bending at the knees and sit into squat position while keeping toes on the ground, chest up and shoulders back. 
*add dumbbells/band/barbell for extra burn*

Air squat

Keep hips square forward as you walk and keep chest tall. Don’t make your stride too large. 
*use Dumbbells for extra burn*

Walking Lunges

Start with feet little wider than hip-width. Drive hips back, bending at knees and sit into squat position. Then  take left leg back into lunge position, keep core tight and chest tall.

Squat /back lunge combo

Lay down with back on ground and knees bent. With your arms at your side raise your shoulders slightly off the ground. Use your core to rotate your right hand down to your right foot and then alternate.

Toe touches

Back flat against the wall with feet shoulder width apart, hips and knees at 90 degrees. Keep core tight. 
*add dumbbell for added burn*

Wall sit

Lie on your back with arms by your sides, knees bent and feet flat on the floor. Raise one leg and lift your hips, do not hyperextend. Pause then lower back down. 
*add dumbbell or bar for added burn*

Upper Body Week 1

It was good, but I did it wrong at first. I 10 reps 10 times of the first two exercises before I realized I was supposed to do 10 then move on and then repeat. So since the first two exercises took me awhile to get through all 10 i went 20 minutes longer to at least get three sets of all of them in for all the others.
