Loosen up those hips, push your range of motion keeping your weight on your heels and chest tall and forward

Air squat

Elevate your back foot
Keep your weight on your heels
Press up through your front heel
Do not lock out your knee and keep your hips square forward!

Bulgarian Split squat

Keep your Hip down and pull your heels to your butt.
Slow slow slow tempo

Hamstring Curl

Keep your front foot stationary and press up through your heel.
Keep your hips square forward
*Grab some higher weights and challenge yourself.

Elevated Backwards Lunge

*Can be done with barbell
*Can be done with band
*Can be done with DB

Try to keep all your weight on your front foot, keep your knee soft and do not lock out at the top. Squeeze your glutes at the top

Upper Body Week 1

It was good, but I did it wrong at first. I 10 reps 10 times of the first two exercises before I realized I was supposed to do 10 then move on and then repeat. So since the first two exercises took me awhile to get through all 10 i went 20 minutes longer to at least get three sets of all of them in for all the others.
