I have cyst in wrist frequently and it’s made my wrist super stiff. And I think this is going to help me loosen my wrists

Hi Chelsea! I’ve got a student in class that can’t put her hands with her fingers towards her knees, with the palm facing down, is that due time rotation or flexibility? 🤔 thank you! ✨🌻

It was great!! So nice to watch and not flip through pages! Do you have any wrist “cool downs” like, a limbering back up for wrists after a long session?....or for when you maybe did a little too much handstanding😅
