Thank you! I just started inching myself further and further away from the wall. I’m nervous to take my practice completely away from any wall, so I actually tried to force a wheel by walking my feet down to create that backbend. I just wanted to know the sensation of it from an unstable handstand, in case it comes to that point, but I did fatigue very quickly from that. I totally should’ve watched this video first since you cover so many more options to safely exit. Watching made me less apprehensive. Thanks!
