Very helpful tips! I feel the hops most in my quads, does that mean I’m hopping wrong?

How to hold a Pike Handstand 🆙

Ive been doing the wrist strengthening exercises for only 2 weeks daily before my practice and I am already stsarting to notice such a difference in being able to hold myself up correctly without my wrists tireing as easily.
