Stay low. Band above the knee. Keep your knees outward (don’t let them cave in)

Banded side to sides

Band just above the knees. Push through the heels. Send the hips all the way up. Be careful not to let your hips drop down (don’t arch your back).

Banded glute bridge

On all four. Keep a flat back/tight core. Flex the foot and send it up to the sky.

Donkey kick
