This one was difficult I didn’t have all the equipment at our small gym

Lay flat on the bench. Hold on. Point the toes and send the legs up. Squeeze at the top.

Bench glute hyperextension

Attach the ankle strap to your cable. Put it at the bottom. Flex the foot. Hinge at the hips as you kick the leg back.

Cable kickbacks

Same leg/same arm. Weight in the heel. Hinge at your hips. Flat back. Tight core. Modification: keep the toes of the back leg on the floor.

Kettlebell single leg deadlift

Stand under the bar. Send one leg back. Lower down and return up. Weight in the front heel. Keep the upper half of the body upright. You’ll notice a slight lean forward as you lunge down in order to keep the spine straight.

Smith machine reverse lunge

Single leg lying hamstring curl

Back foot flat on the bench. Weight in the front foot. Dumbbells by your side. Slight lean forward as you lower down to keep your spine straight.

Bulgarian split squat

Attach ankle strap to cable. Put cable at the bottom. Keep your foot flexed as your bring it to your body.

Cable adduction
