Lovely class ~ weighed wrist conditioning was refreshing with 8lbs. Had a bit of strain in the right groin (pectineus) but probably due to lack of hydration. Thanks ❤️

Wow that was challenging but fantastic! Loved the core turtle although I want able to really rock it have me a goal!! The addition of blocks in the arm movement was much needed and added a good bit of weight with the cork blocks. Will revisit this one!

Wow Erin. This practice gets right into it so smoothly and by the end it was the strongest I had ever felt in half moon just as you said it would be so. Some of the movements were very challenging for me (I’m no where close to single leg crow) and I appreciate the space to play in this level of intensity.
