Lovely class ~ weighed wrist conditioning was refreshing with 8lbs. Had a bit of strain in the right groin (pectineus) but probably due to lack of hydration. Thanks ❤️

Incredible, exactly what I needed too after a week of feeling my body heavy and a need to detach from my thoughts. A moment for myself that I loved and a big thank you because this kind of flow is what I loved the most when I first saw your yoga movement on Instagram years ago so I'm so happy to be able to do it now! Wow Erin. This practice gets right into it so smoothly and by the end it was the strongest I had ever felt in half moon just as you said it would be so. Some of the movements were very challenging for me (I’m no where close to single leg crow) and I appreciate the space to play in this level of intensity.
