Lovely class ~ weighed wrist conditioning was refreshing with 8lbs. Had a bit of strain in the right groin (pectineus) but probably due to lack of hydration. Thanks ❤️

First of all, weighted wrist curls?? Why didn’t I ever think of this! Good thing we have you!
Considering the length of the class, we got our spine warmed up really quickly and nicely. By the end, I was surprised at how accessible wheel was for me. Much love! <3
