So good Erin! Thank you! I sat out the last few rounds and brushed my super sand-filled hair on my mat while I waited for the promised meditation! First class back after a long hard time away from my mat. Thank you, most wonderful human for teaching me to be kind to myself and for always challenging me! My quads were wobbling!
