-  Place your hands between your feet, and slowly crawl into a push up (high plank) position.
- Return to the starting position (low ) by crawling your hands toward your feet and gradually bending your knees.

Walk-Outs

Stand with your arms in the air, and one foot slightly behind the other. With force, alternate by driving your knees up to your chest while simultaneously dropping your arms alongside the knee that's raised. Alternate back and forth.

Bear Knee Taps

Start with one foot planted on the bench, standing laterally (to the side). Push through the elevated foot to lift yourself up onto the bench, changing feet and alternating to the opposite side of the bench. Continue this movement rapidly for the desired reps.

I don't have an incline treadmill in my home gym, but I surprised myself by being able to walk my stairs for the 20 minute set! 😅
