Tough class with fun transitions and modifications. Really built strength and fire through poses that also helped to open hips. The combo of strength and opening helps to ensure no inurys occur while getting into peak pose.

You should wrap up more quickly when suggesting students stay in savasana for a few more minutes. It was impossible to sink in with the constant chatter
