    Hi Friends! I’m Tina, you probably know me as the Creator of @TeamFearlessFitness. I started my fitness journey back in 2009 where I went through my personal weight loss journey, a segmental mastectomy and managed to come out stronger and more fearless than ever. I created Fearless Fitness so you can start living your life fearlessly, and to the fullest which starts with understanding how to treat your body with love and kindness. My coaching approach is simple, you get what you put in and I’m here to guide and support you the whole way. If you’re a beginner or seasoned athlete, my app workouts are designed to help you make sustainable, positive changes, providing guidance for you to reach all of your health and fitness goals whether it’s weight loss, body composition or gain muscle and strength.     Do I need to purchase equipment?
    It depends on the workout! Playbook has a lot of workouts that require no equipment. We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
