I am so grateful to see this lecture. It was so simple yet so powerful to understand what meditation really is. It is simply our ability to be present. Concentration leads to a state of meditation where you simply be. I am loving all the videos and each of them is equivalent to years of real experience and dozens of books. The delivery of videos is so calm and just listening to them uplifts ourselves. When the student is ready, the teacher appears;  and I have found my teacher  in you. Sometimes when one is anxious and disturbed. Whatever they try to do to calm their mind, doesnt work. Body and brain tells them that they are failing, they are losing. Then they listen to the wise words of someone they deeply respect. They realize that everything that they are doing is still going as they intended. They realize that It's okay, there nothing to worry about. Thank you for sharing the wisdom with such equanimity.
