Thank you so much for the lecture! I found this to be true for myself indeed. Years ago, when we first moved to the countryside (from living in the capital city) I felt very lonely. No matter I practiced yoga for a year at that time already, I mostly practiced asanas but it wasn’t until I dived deep into breath and meditation , and inner practice that brought me to discover myself and connect to my own self that I felt in peace. I spent first two years connecting with all kind of people because I was thinking I am lonely. Until something happened and I asked myself - is this some kind of physical need - communication - and what inner need I am burying behind the constant noise of being with other people but not being on my own. Why do I sacrifice my time to be with people that don’t even bring me joy but just fill the time so I don’t feel lonely at first place but then I am still lonely deep inside of me? It was lots of inner work but I learnt to let people go, and divide my inner needs from other physical needs, not to run from my inner voice but listen closely to what exactly it says. It brought me much peace and completeness. Namaste 🙏

It was amazing..I am personally suffering from loneliness and lack of connection with my husband and in-laws. This talk really helped me to find a connection with them from a being level, even though our energies are totally different. The last point that "loving awareness and observation of your own feelings is the connection to your inner self", is amazing. This is my mantra from now on! Thanks a lot once again for all your wisdom!
