Nick has experimented and studied many different styles of fitness training over the past 10+ years of his life. He graduated in 2013 from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelors of Science in Nutrition and is a Precision Nutrition Level 1 Certified Coach. After graduating from college, Nick joined the US Army as an Infantry Officer where he completed Ranger School and served as an Infantry Platoon Leader. His passion for health and fitness has evolved over time where he has trained bodybuilding, powerlifting, has completed an Ironman Triathlon and frequently runs marathons. Nick’s fitness programming is built to cater to a hybrid athlete with a diverse style of fitness. When he’s not in the gym or running outside, Nick is leading his team and company, Bare Performance Nutrition, which offers high-quality, and third-party tested sports nutrition and health supplements for the modern day athlete, adventurer and warrior.

Goals

Embrace The Suck Training was designed to help you achieve your highest level of fitness as an overall athlete. We will focus on building size and strength with bodyweight/resistance training, improving your endurance with running workouts and increase your recovery with dedicated mobility sessions.

Training Requirements

I have multiple training programs to accommodate a variety of situations and fitness goals. The Hybrid Athlete program does require access to a training facility with weights, however the Marathon Training plan and Home Training program does not require gym access.
