This workout can be done with a bench, a chair, a picnic table, literally anything stable enough to stand on!!! Again I give you the option to either hit all sets of each exercise, or go through it as a circuit!

The Chair Runs/Step-ups/Squats is a good exercise routine that gives a nice balance of a muscle workout and cardio. Good easy-to-remember and I can do them anywhere.
