I'm not pregnant, but I'm still doing these workouts with heavier weights and less breaks. I got a great workout and am excited to have new routines to shake things up (:

This was definitely the hardest workout I’ve attempted during pregnancy but I loved it and am excited for tomorrows! I also appreciated the mentions of modifications throughout for some of the more challenging moves.
