Do I need to purchase equipment?
KFITFAM has a wide range of workouts from in the gym, at home, & bodyweight only! I also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) & some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape. There will be new workouts added weekly, new programs added monthly, AND challenges added quarterly!
Do I have access to talk to Krystyna if I need help, or support?
Yes! You can message me directly through the app. Anyone who joins this app will also be invited to join my KFITFAM private community on Facebook!
