This is my story!
My name is Krystyna Hovell. I was adopted by the most loving family, including 11 other siblings. In 2013 my family lost our Dad, & it really affected my mental health for YEARS. I struggled with major depression & anxiety, which made me lose myself completely. At a very young age I started playing field hockey, which led me to fall in love with playing sports because it was the only place that I could let go of all my fears & worry. In 2014, I first started going to the gym, & like any other 14 year old you can say that I had no clue what I was doing. BUT, It brought me so much peace knowing I was trying to better myself. I felt like I could change myself. I found wrestling in 2016, & this is what really changed the game for me. Wrestling taught me how to be coachable, to have discipline, & also how to control my mind. Being the only girl on a men's wrestling team you might think is crazy, but it built me into the strong, determined, hard working person that I am today. After graduating high school in 2018, I attended Rowan University where I continued to play field hockey while studying Radio, Television & Film along with Health promotion & wellness management, & Science Nutrition. My first few years of college were really hard for me, but what kept me going was being on the hockey field & going to the gym. After college, I continued on this journey & followed my dreams of becoming a personal trainer. I fully believe in the importance of vision, purpose, hard work, discipline, & dedication. So for me what started at a very young age has continued to evolve & guide me into the person I am today.
I'm personally inviting you on a journey with me where we will share the same daily routines, habits & workouts. Let's have a blast while I help get your body & mind moving toward your fitness goals.
