My journey hasn’t been easy — from losing my dad at a young age to battling years of depression and anxiety, I’ve had my fair share of tough moments. But through those struggles, I discovered a source of strength that changed everything: sports. Field hockey, wrestling, and the discipline they required taught me how to push past my limits, both mentally and physically. After college, I realized my true calling was to help others tap into their potential, just like I did. That’s why I became a personal trainer. I will be there with you every step of the way throughout your entire journey, giving you all the knowledge & expertise I’ve gathered over the years! Plus, I walk you through all exercises with easy-to-follow videos & written instructions. This means you’ll be able to do all the moves easily, accurately, & safely.

This app is not only going to help you reach your physical fitness goals, but It also provides guidance on bettering your mental health, morning & night routines, & your daily habits, which are just as important as your fitness routine! Do I need to purchase equipment?
KFITFAM has a wide range of workouts from in the gym, at home, & bodyweight only! I also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) & some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape. There will be new workouts added weekly, new programs added monthly, AND challenges added quarterly!
Do I have access to talk to Krystyna if I need help, or support?
