There might be a few surprises too ;) WORKOUT SPLIT Day 1: Full Body + Mindset Challenge Day 2: Lower Body (Glutes & Quads) Day 3: Upper Body (Back & Chest) Day 4: Rest + Meditate Session Day 5: Full Body + Mindset Challenge Day 6: Lower Body (Glutes & Hamstrings) Day 7: Rest + Mindfulness Activity

Yes! The program is designed to be accessible to people of all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced athletes.
