I am so excited for the first program to come live to app! Let's dive right in with what you need to know for this 4 week program!
We’ve already entered the 3rd month of 2023 - and with this being said you guys I want us to be feeling OUR BEST entering for when summer comes! (it'll be here before ya know it!!)
The Workout schedule in the Spring Break Body Program, we will be training our Full Body throughout the week. (Yes, WE! I will be doing this program starting March 20th right with you guys!)
We’re gonna get started with a full body routine to get your entire body warmed up and ready to go for the week ahead! I want to prioritize our mindset during these next 4 weeks. We are entering Quarter 2 soon which is so exciting, and that means new opportunities of growth are coming!
Followed by the full body routine on Monday, we will be targeting our abs & a mindset exercise on Tuesday, then legs on Wednesday, upper body on Thursday, abs a mindset exercise on Friday!!
I saved the best for last a glute circuit that we will end off our week doing on Saturday!!
Restart on Day 1 the following week! Add weight, bands, for a challenge!
A little before Covid happened, I genuinely used to get so pressured a few weeks before summer, I would stop eating so I could quickly lose weight to "look bikini good" which turned into having really bad habits and also affected my mental health. Eventually, I realized that following a structured program designed to make me feel good, especially when I can do it right in the comfort of my own home was just what I needed to go into summer feeling my best!
I aim to help you evolve your mindset over the next 4 weeks, and have your body go through a challenging, yet humbling 4 week challenge that you can also adjust to as you need! Everything is able to have dumbbells added if you want to, if not just stick to using your body weight!
