    About Krystyna Hovell

    This is not just my story, it's an invitation to yours.

    I'm Krystyna Hovell. With 13 siblings, family has always been my rock. But in 2013, we faced a devastating loss when we lost our dad. Coping with major depression and anxiety, I felt lost for years. Sports became my sanctuary, especially field hockey, where I found solace from my fears and worries. Venturing into the gym at 14, I discovered a sense of purpose in the pursuit of self-improvement, even if I wasn't always sure what I was doing. Then came wrestling in 2016, a game-changer. Being the only girl on a men's wrestling team wasn't easy, but it forged me into the determined, disciplined person I am today. After my 5th year of college, I decided to follow my passion for fitness. Leaving college behind, I earned my CPT and dove headfirst into my passion. Three years later, here I am, doing what I love and helping others do the same. Let's rewrite your narrative, together.
