This week has been a hard one mentally and physically and I talked myself out of the workout yesterday and I felt it ALL day! Today I got up early still not wanting to do it but pushed myself anyway and I feel soo much better for it! Thankyou Kristy for always reminding in the warm ups to keep the bum down and core activated!! I love these workouts!
