Do each exercise back to back for 20 seconds each. Repeat circuit 4-5x.

Went on vacation for a week and slacked MAJORLY, but got home today and worked my butt off. Feel the burn and the sweat is dripping. But I’m feeling GOOD and thankful for Kennedy!!!
