After your workout, let me know how it went and if you have any feedback! This workout can take 1 hour or 2 hours depending on how much you decide to rest between sets. Both options are fine. Personally, I like to rest plenty between sets so I’m almost fully rested for the next. Especially for the first 2-3 lifts of the leg day workout. - Get 8 + hours of sleep

Dunk Show Saturday which should be rest day so hit this in the morning for 48 hours recovery time 🤞🏽

Round 3 of Phase 2: Felt tad off today, my right ankle bothering me slightly and could be why. Yesterday had a good session on 10’1” with a very close lob 360. Matched my sets from February, but want to level up my hang clean!

My dunk day on 10’1” wasn’t my best so going twice as progressive today! Leveled up my hang cleans and step ups. Want my bad dunk days to still be impressive!
