After your workout, let me know how it went and if you have any feedback! This workout can take 1 hour or 2 hours depending on how much you decide to rest between sets. Both options are fine. Personally, I like to rest plenty between sets so I’m almost fully rested for the next. Especially for the first 2-3 lifts of the leg day workout. - Get 8 + hours of sleep

I’m pushing myself with intent! Even if jump suffers temporarily due to fatigue, going in, because believe it’ll translate in the long run gains!
