This is my second week with the beast joey!!! I loved the session ! It was lit! New exercises. New level. Feeling grateful and thankful to this man. 🙏🏻 🖤

Good workout. I would suggest to put the deadlift in the middle or end of the workout once your body is fully warmed up. I meant to give you 4 stars.
