My name is Jill Griffiths and I am a Elite Spartan Athlete, Personal Trainer, Nutritionist, mountain runner and a mom of 3. In my app I will be sharing new weekly strength workouts (upper, lower, full body & conditioning) as well as specific training workouts such as running workouts, Grip & Core challenges, spartan obstacle training and obstacle info, my Full Body Fit 4 week programs and weekly nutrition too! Goals
I design my workouts with you in mind. From beginner to advanced I want you to feel challenged and stronger. Building/maintaining muscle is extremely important to me, and as a nutritionist fueling is a key part to your success, so you will see weekly Fueled and Fit program on here as well. My program will help you to grow as a runner, OCR athlete, and/or as a person who is interested in overall health, strength and movement for long term fitness and health.
Training Requirements
Workouts I create and equipment needs: Gym: normal gym equipment Home: Dumbells, mat, exercise ball, bench or equivalent, bands Spartan/OCR: pull up bar, sandbags, towels, KB, rings, bucket, we get creative! Mobility: mat Grip: pull up bar, dumbells, kettlebells I give options in case equipment is unavailable.
