Mountain Body is a 3-day-a-week training program designed to build the strength, stability, and endurance you need for hiking, trail running, and mountain adventures. Each workout is purposeful—focused on improving uphill power, downhill control, core stability, and total-body durability so your body can keep up with where you want to go. You don’t need to live in the gym to get results. With just three focused sessions each week, you’ll build the kind of strength that translates directly to the trail. My name is Jill Griffiths and I am a Elite Spartan Athlete, Personal Trainer, Nutritionist, mountain runner and a mom of 3. In my app I will be sharing new weekly strength workouts (upper, lower, full body & conditioning) as well as specific training workouts such as running workouts, Grip & Core challenges, spartan obstacle training and obstacle info, my Full Body Fit 4 week programs and weekly nutrition too! Frequently asked questions

How long are the workouts?
Each workout will take you 45ish minutes. If you want shorter, just do one less set!
Does this program work on my cardio for trail days too?
No it doesn't. But I have a running workout bubble that you can use that has many of my favorite workouts to train for mountains as well.
